Has your site structure and navigation been optimised with the customer journey in mind?

Have you used graphics and multimedia to create a relevant experience?

Have you put in place a simple and productive shopping process?

Have you created something worth talking about and coming back to?

Does your site offer compelling content in an environment that customers want to visit?  

Do you  create compelling content that people actually want to consume and interact with ?

Customers want what they want, when they want it, in a way that makes sense to them
